Work experience

The workexperience aims at giving students an insight into the work of a professionalguide, and is to be carried out with certified CIC guides. The training lasts10 days, during which the trainee observes and helps the guide in the fields ofplanning, organisation, guiding, tidying up and documenting a tour.

This is theopportunity to apply the theory learned in the module 1+2.

The workexperience is to be completed before module 3, and all training documents (fromthe trainee and the guide) must be given to the instructor at the start ofmodule 3.

The workexperience documents allow guide and trainee to assess each other, thus drivingeach party to do their best.
