Information about the annual meeting 2012.

We invite all members to the annual meeting 2012.

The annual meeting happens Saturday the 24th of March 2012 at 18h in

Landstraße 9
AT-6900 Bregenz

Based on the statutes of the CIC, another meeting will follow 30 minutes after the initialy scheduled one if the necessary number of members is not present. This following meeting has the quorate.

If you can not come to the annual meeting, no registration is necessary.

We offer an online system for all members who can not come to the meeting because they live too far away. More information about that will follow.

  • Presentation of the agenda
  • Presentation of the voting rules
  • Presentation of the right to speak and the time allotted for speaking
  • Financial report of 2011 (Michael Jordan).
  • Discharage of the treasurer and board of directors.
  • Activity report 2011 (Stefan Hofmann).
  • Voting: the monthly allowance of the president/director
  • Preview activities 2012 (i.e. results of the international canyon guide meeting 2011, laws, new trainings and their impact ...)
  • Voting for changes of the statutes:
    • §7 Abs. 2 Scheidet ein Mitglied des Vorstandes vor Ablauf der Amtsperiode aus, so ist vom verbleibenden Vorstand für den Rest der Amtszeit ein neues Vorstandsmitglied hinzuzuwählen.
    • §8 Abs. 3 Die Einladung zur Mitgliederversammlung wird mindestens 4 Wochen vorher per Email versandt.
      Es wird die letzte bekannte Emailadresse verwendet, die Einladung gilt als zugestellt, wenn der Versender den Versand nachweisen kann.
      Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Mitglieds, dass dem Verband dessen aktuelle Emailadresse vorliegt. Sie tagt so oft es erforderlich ist, in der Regel einmal im Jahr.
    • §8 Abs. 1
      Oberstes Organ ist die Mitgliederversammlung. Sie wird in der Regel vom Präsidenten geleitet.
      a) Die Mitgliederversammlung ist keine öffentliche Versammlung.
      b) Gäste, die nicht Mitglieder der CIC e.V. sind, sind auf den Hauptversammlungen nur mit einer entsprechenden Einladung zugelassen.
  • Abhandlung sonstiger Punkte, die der Versammlung ordnungsgemäß vorgelegt werden (z. B. europaweite Einzugermächtigung für Mitgliedsbeiträge)
